Note: After signing up, please refer to the final schedule confirmed via WeChat, WhatsApp, or Email. If you are accessing the site from outside Hong Kong, a VPN may be required.
2. Storage Process
- Collect Empty Boxes: Once registered, UBOX staff will contact you via your provided details to confirm the delivery of empty boxes and the storage schedule. Please keep your phone reachable.
- Dropping Off Laden Boxes: Bring your packed boxes to the designated location at the scheduled time.
- Late Fees: If you miss your appointment, an additional transportation fee applies ($35 base + $35 per box, Minimum charge: $140).
- Prohibited Items: Ensure no restricted items are inside. Storage fees will be collected based on your estimated storage duration at the time of drop-off.
- Retrieving Full Boxes & Returning Empty Boxes:
- Booking: You must log in to the website to request retrieval at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Transportation Fee: $35 base + $35 per box per trip (Minimum charge: $140).
- Returning Empty Boxes: To pay for only one trip, you must return the empty boxes to the driver within 30 minutes of receiving your full boxes. If you need the driver to return later (e.g., the next day) to pick up empty boxes, a second transportation fee will be charged.

**Storage in self-provided boxes/bags will be charged at the Large Item/Luggage rate of $69.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum storage of 3 boxes/suitcases.
Minimum duration of 3 months.
No refunds for early retrieval or reducing the number of boxes.
4. Important Terms & Conditions
Weight Limit: All items are limited to 20KG. Standard boxes exceeding this limit will be charged at the luggage rate. Oversized furniture or overweight luggage require a separate quote.
Delivery Point: All pick-ups and deliveries are ground floor/curbside only. Door-to-door service (stairs/elevator) requires an additional negotiated fee. Parking fees or stair fees are extra.
Cancellations/Changes: To cancel or change a date, you must notify us via WhatsApp/WeChat at least 2 working days before the box delivery; otherwise, basic transport fees apply.
Box Custody: Boxes are provided free of charge for use during the storage period. A fee of $200 applies for each lost box. Full boxes must be stored within 7 days of receiving empty ones.
Automatic Extension: Storage will automatically extend unless a retrieval notice is submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
Packing & Fragiles: Customers are responsible for cleaning and properly packing clothes and fragile items (vacuum sealing is recommended to prevent moisture). UBOX is not liable for damages, missing items inside boxes, or mold due to improper packing.
