1. Packing Materials. Packing materials are available for order, but you’re free to use your own boxes if you prefer.

2. Storage. Simply tell us what you want to store and for how long. You can also select your preferred insurance coverage level during booking. Your first month’s storage is paid upfront, with monthly billing thereafter via credit card.

The longer you commit to store, the larger your initial discount. Generally, once your initial price plan expires, the rate will revert to the standard (undiscounted) price. However, if you need to extend your storage, let us know—we can usually find a better rate for you.

Note: Once we collect your items, we verify them at our facility. If the count differs from your order (e.g., you ordered 5 boxes but sent 7, or vice versa), we will update your account and charge only for what is actually stored. We will notify you of any price changes, which you can then confirm on our website.

3. Collection. Initial collections are generally FREE. However, if you require multiple collections for a single batch, a surcharge will apply, which will be clearly displayed before you book.

4. Delivery & Termination – When you want your items back, there is a delivery charge of HK$35 (per trip) + HK$35 per item (with a minimum charge of HK$140, equivalent to 3 items). While collection is free, we believe this delivery fee remains highly competitive and fair.

Our standard service includes delivery to addresses with lift access. For buildings requiring stairs, an additional HK$10 per box, per floor will be charged.

Important Notes on Termination:

• No Refunds for Early Termination: If you retrieve your items before your storage plan ends, the remaining balance is non-refundable (as discounts are based on the length of stay). However, if a shorter plan would have been cheaper overall despite a higher monthly rate, we will recalculate the cost and credit you the difference.

• Empty Box Return: On your final trip (service termination), empty boxes must be returned to the driver within 30 minutes. If you prefer to return empty boxes on a different day, an additional transportation fee will apply.

Finally, the boring stuff. We know you’ll follow all the rules, and the instructions we send are a great read! But just in case you’re a rule-breaker and do something like send in boxes that exceed our 20kg weight limit, or if you’re not available when our driver arrives, we’ll charge a fee.
